A 'Season' to Remember
Seasons Spa & Salon opened the doors to its' spacious 5,000 square foot building in February of 2006 after a much-anticipated grand-opening.
When local residents, Davida and Jimmy SImpson, previous owners of a successful hair salon in Perry for 14 years, opened the doors to their newest venture, the transformation from beauty shop to day spa was met with an unprecedented demand when more that 5,000 guests walked through the modern-age facility.
It didn't take long for the others across the country to recognize the state-of-the-art facility with Seasons was nominated for one of the coveted "spa of the Year" nominations in the southeastern United Sates in 2007 by the national publication giant, Day Spa Magazine.
Today, Seasons Spa & Salon is recognized as an elite member of the prestigious 5th Avenue Redken premier salon group, and has earned recognition as one of the fastest growing spas in the state of Georgia by virtue of its' transformation of clients through retail sales by skin-care giant, Dermalogica.
All staff members of Seasons continuously gain hands-on knowledge in both the spa and in the classroom by taking part in both voluntary and required advanced education classes. This oftentimes intense training is not only beneficial to employees, but to Seasons' clients as well. Knowledge gained from these classes allows stylists, skin-care specialists, nail technicians, and massage therapists to be on the receiving end of the very latest styles, technical updates, and trends. Seasons' employees then offer a free consultation with each individual guest.
Seasons remains enrolled as a member of the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce and the Day Spa Association. It's owners regularly donate gifts to local charity groups, and the owners and staff are also actively involved in fundraising efforts in the ongoing fight against breast cancer.
